With such a hectic schedule for the Babes at the moment, we wondered whether they've had chance to get their Christmas shopping done yet! We caught up with them in-between photoshoots to ask how it's going…
Amelle:
Oh my god, I'm so bad, Jade's basically finished hers, Heidi has got some but needs to get a couple more things, and I have done nothing, NOTHING!! I was saying to the girls a few weeks ago, ‘this is the one time I'm going to do it beforehand, I'm going to be so organised'. But then the only day off I had the other week, I didn't leave the house! I just wanted to relax, chill out and watch some TV. So hopefully in the next week or so we're going to have a day off and I'll have a chance to get every single person's presents. But I've been mentally taking notes of what I think people want … I'm going to make a list and hopefully tick them all off!
Jade:
I've done mine!! Normally I'm so unorganised and every year I leave it till about three days before Christmas, and then I'm running around like an idiot! I've only been organised this year because I looked at our diary and saw that we don't have any more days off, so when we got a day off last week I got everything done in one day. I just went to Westfield and I was like, ‘right! I'm getting it all done'. I feel relieved! My mum recently had a hip replacement because she's got quite bad arthritis, so I got her a full body electric heated massager. And for my sister, I've got her a voucher for this thing called a Brazilian Blow-Dry, and basically what it does is it coats your hair in something called Keratin, which is what your hair is naturally made of so it completely smoothes out every split end, it makes it really shiny and glossy and it lasts for three months! I'm not going to say what I've got Heidi and Amelle just in case they read it! I've even wrapped them all up. That's my favourite bit actually, ‘cause I love doing anything that's a bit arts and crafty, so I take time doing the wrapping and the bows and the ribbons and stuff.
Heidi:
I'm not doing too badly actually. I've got a list and I'm slowly ticking things off, but I still got a few more to get so I'm going to have to find some space to get out there and get the rest of it done. I haven't got Dave's presents yet. We're going on holiday in January, which I'm really, really excited about, so that's kind of our main present to each other, and I've got an idea of something to buy him as an extra thing... he's got a games room in the house and loves all that kind of stuff, so there's something I think I'll get him to go in there. Not going to tell you what it is in case the surprise gets ruined!
