Sugababes Turn Camden A Sexy Shade Of Blue

The Sugababes brought some much needed glamour to the Camden crawl in London this weekend – a welcome alternative to some of the other scruffy looking indie and metal bands that play the music festival such as Pendulum and Lostprophets.

Heidi, Jade and Amelle played to a sold-out Roundhouse, making the audience join them in a standing ovation after they performed hits from their album Sweet 7 like Wear My Kiss and Get Sexy.

And they weren’t just singing about looking sexy – all three of the babes looked sizzling in mini-dresses in different shades of blue.

Heidi Range – soon to be Mrs Dave Berry – went for a sexy denim dress. If you thought denim dresses were causal then think again as Heidi’s tight number hugs her figure in all the right places.

Jade Ewen, the former Eurovision contestant, has a lot to live up to being the new girl but she’s definitely made an effort to stand out in a light blue dress and military boots.

Last but not least, Amelle Berrabah may have a complicated hair cut but when it comes to clothes, she keeps it simple in a two-tone dress.

The babes are keeping with the rock theme and playing the V festival this summer. We expect even more loud and proud outfits to grab the audience’s attention.

Playing the Camden crowd is nothing compared to standing up in front of a whole field of festival junkies!

Keisha to reveal the Sugababes downfall!

At last we'll get the dirt on all those cat fights...

Now here’s a revelation… The Sugababes (well various line-ups of) didn’t get on!
Yeah we know, it’s like, totally unbelievable, and Keisha, Mutya and Siobhan left because they were having such a lovely time and wanted to give some other aspiring singer a go, but now ex band member Keisha is thinking of writing a book that will tell all about what actually went on!

If she decides to pen said book – an offer which she is “seriously considering” then everything will be explained from the reason why she was booted out the band and replaced with Jade Ewen and why Mutya left all those years ago.
Now we’ve got to admit, we love nothing better than a good ol’ goss around here, and seeing as everyone’s been so tight lipped about what actually went on, we reckon that there’ll be more than a few juicy revelations that’ll keep us turning the pages on those lonely nights!

Sugababes Will Not Be Appearing At Rock4Life

Organisers of a new music festival in the Highlands have confirmed the second of the two-day event has been cancelled due to poor ticket sales.

Sugababes and McFly were due to appear on day two of next month's Rock4Life at Whiteness, near Ardersier.

Organisers Caledonian Productions said the festival's first day will still feature an appearance by veteran rockers Status Quo.

The event will raise money for the Highland Hospice.

Sugababes aren't splitting-up anytime soon says Heidi Range.

Rumours that the new-look line-up may already be calling it a day started recently when it was claimed the girls had been dropped by the US label Roc Nation - something the band later denied.

Now Range has commented on the split story, saying: "That rumour has been flying around for the past nine years! If we were going to split up I'd just come out and say it.

"We're actually having a great time," said Heidi - who is now engaged to boyfriend Dave Berry. "We're off to India next week and then we're back in the studio to record some new tracks."

Range recently said she worries she might look a mess on her wedding day.

Sugababes Dropped From Record Label?

Sugababes attempt to crack the US have already hit the skids after they were dropped from Jay-Z's record label.

Rumours that the all-girl trio have been ditched from the rapper's entertainment company have reached fever pitch after their band name was deleted from Roc Nation's website.

No official statement has been made yet but Ace Showbiz claims that the Brit group may have been dropped after the dismal success of their latest album Sweet 7.

Released on March 15, it peaked at No 14 in the UK, making it their lowest ever charting album.

Sweet 7, which was meant to be their first US album release, has since dropped to No 36 this week.

Sugababes reportedly signed the deal for three albums with Jay-Z's imprint last year when Keisha Buchanan was still part of the line-up.

The deal meant that the group got to work with US uber-producers like Ne-Yo and RedOne.

At the time, Buchanan told BBC Radio 1 that the album had "definitely got the British feel throughout the album - we've not gone away and gone 'All American' on our fans."

The band now consists of Heidi Range, Amelle Berrabah and Jade Ewen.

COULD it finally be curtains for the ever-evolving Sugababes?

Their latest album Sweet 7 will struggle to hit the top ten when the charts are released today.

And Heidi Range admitted the group wouldn’t survive another line-up change.

The lovely Liverpudlian lass said: “We’ve said if something happens again we wouldn’t carry on the band with someone else. That’s it.”

Let’s hope it doesn’t come to that, ladies.

I’m a huge fan of their latest offering and even more so of the girls themselves, whom I bumped into again at Heart Radio’s Have A Heart fund-raiser.

It’s been a rough ride for the foxy threesome since the reform – especially for sexy new member Jade Ewan who
was papped while out for JLS singer Marvin’s birthday on Friday.
Jade admitted: “The loyal fans weren’t so willing to embrace me. People shouted abuse at me in the street.”

The babes definitely don’t deserve that. Though I can’t believe they still called the album Sweet 7 after getting
rid of founding band member Keisha Buchanan.

After all, she was the only Suga who had actually made all seven albums...comprende?

Fiancé Dave Berry popped the question to the Sugababes star on New Year's Eve and now they plan to walk down the aisle in October next year (2011).

A nervous Range, who is currently planning her big day, admits: "We're getting on our eight-year anniversary. I'll just get stressed if we plan a summer wedding and it's not sunny.

"When I walk down the aisle I'll probably be shaking and crying but I hope I don't because I don't want to look a mess!"

Heidi recently revealed that her wedding dress may be designed by Vera Wang.

Amelle Berrabah Regrets Taking S**t!

Amelle Berrabah wishes she could go back in time and tell herself not to “take any s**t”.

The singer joined girl band Sugababes in 2005, but has admitted she hasn’t always enjoyed being in the group. She had a fraught relationship with Keisha Buchanan, who was asked to leave last year, resulting in her spending time at a health retreat in Austria as she tried to sort herself out.

Keisha left after Amelle and bandmate Heidi Range said they were quitting as they could no longer deal with her. Amelle is now much happier, but wishes she hadn’t put up with as much as she did. “If I could go back I’d tell myself, ‘Don’t take no s**t, girl!’ All I did was be nice,” she said. “I’m almost embarrassed because I’m a grown woman and I never usually let anyone walk over me.”

Amelle also parted ways with her long-term boyfriend Freddie Fuller last year. She admits the split was tough, explaining she even changed her phone number because she wanted time away from him to regroup.

One of the toughest things was return to the dating scene. Amelle and Freddie were together for six years, and she could barely remember how to talk to men let alone flirt.

“I’d only had one proper boyfriend. I didn’t go out with guys at school because I’m from a traditional family and I’m really shy,” she told Company magazine. “My first date since the split was scary – I was shaking, being so clumsy and I couldn’t eat!”

A STRATTON teenager has beaten off competition from around the country to record with chart-topping girl group the Sugababes.

Cirencester Deer Park student Abbie Lea Drew says she screamed with delight when she found out she had won a radio competition, which will see her and mum Sue whisked off to the Mayfair Hotel, in London, on Monday (March 22) and given a £1,000 spending spree in designer shop Selfridges.

After a personal shopper has picked out a glamorous outfit for the 15-year-old she will meet the Sugababes at the famous Abbey Road recording studio.

Abbie won the ‘Live Like A Sugababe’ competition when the video she made of herself singing their hit About A Girl was voted number one by Heart FM listeners.

"I didn’t think I was going to win because I watched some of other entries and they were good," said Abbie.

Proud mum Sue added:"She’s got big dreams and knows she’s got to work hard but it’s brilliant to see her achieving so much.

"She always says 'Mum, by the time I'm 20 I'll have a successful singing career and be traveling the world!'.

"We want to thank the friends and family that supported her and Deer Park who got behind her for the competition."

Abbie says she is a huge fan of the Sugababes and is "terrified" of meeting them.

Heidi Range’s fiancé took over seven hours to choose her engagement ring.

Dave Berry proposed to the Sugababes singer on New Year’s Eve after six years of dating. He knew Heidi would say yes, but still agonised over choosing the perfect band for her.

“Some people just pick a cheap ring and then pick one together later but I wanted to do it properly,” he said.

“I went to [London’s jewellery district] Hatton Garden one rainy afternoon. I spent hours walking around; I nearly went to the pub but I stopped myself because I wanted to keep a clear head.

“Eventually, I got it down to seven rings in a lovely little shop and four hours later I was still choosing. I eventually narrowed it down to a handmade one-off.”

Dave hid the sparkler in his underwear drawer for weeks, unable to decide when to pop the question. Eventually he decided on New Year’s Eve, but had to stop himself wanting to propose every day until then.

“I had it hidden in the sock drawer for ages, but I was like a kid at Christmas, desperately wanting to give it to Heidi,” he laughed to the British edition of OK! magazine. “I kept having to say to myself, ‘Don’t do it now while she’s watching Coronation Street!’ ”

The pair are planning to marry in London next October.

Sugababe singer Jade Ewen on her blindness torment and death threats

SUGABABES star Jade Ewen has spoken of her fears any children she has could be born blind.

The 22-year-old singer has also told of her hurt at vile abuse and death threats from fans who were against her joining the band.

Jade, one third of Britain's biggest selling female pop group, grew up as carer to her blind parents - Scots Italian dad Trevor and Jamaican mum Carol.

She has also lived with the knowledge she could go blind and that she could pass the condition on to her children.

Jade, who replaced Keisha Buchanan in the Sugababes, said while her father was born blind, her mother was blind in one eye but very capable.

That was until seven years ago when Carol got myasthenia gravis - a rare condition affecting the nerves that supply the muscles around the body.

Overnight Carol went from being able to care for her family to being unable to get out of bed or even open her eyes.

As the oldest child, Jade took on the role of caring for her siblings.

She said: "My dad was born completely blind. Then my mum came down with myasthenia - for me it became like having two blind parents.

"I remember trying to do my GSCEs and having to do exams early so that I could go and bring my little brother home from school while my mum was in hospital."

"There is a one in three chance that one of us might have sight problems.

"It's possible that I may be a carrier and my kids could be affected."

Jade joined Heidi Range and Amelle Berrabah in the Sugababes six months ago and the group are set to enjoy chart success tomorrow when Sweet 7, her first album as part of the trio, hits the charts.

But Jade's joy has been tempered by death threats and abuse from fans who were against her joining the group.

Jade, dating Ricky Norwood, who plays Fatboy in EastEnders, said: "It's fair enough for fans to have an opinion on the new line-up but, when they say they want to kill me, that's a bit much.

"I've had people say things like, 'It's a good thing your dad can't see your ugly mug'. People say racist things or that they want to hurt my family members.

"My mum struggles with anything negative. I tell her even the biggest artists like Beyonce get criticism."

Jade said she'd never have been a success if her parents hadn't helped her. She added: "My family have been so supportive. It's only as I have got older that it sinks in how much they gave up and how much time they invested.

"My mum and dad lived off benefits, so any money we had was tight. For them to spend it on dance lessons for me showed how much they supported me.

"It couldn't have been the easiest thing to tell their child she can pursue acting or singing when it is not a given that she is going to be successful. It was a big risk.

"I'm really happy they stood by me because there were times when I thought I should get a normal job."

Recalling the moment she found out she would join the Sugababes, Jade said: "I was told, 'Something has come up. You have got to get on a plane now. We've got an opportunity for you but it would mean going to LA now, shooting a video tomorrow and being in the Sugababes.

"I remember being really scared but I agreed to go. I wasn't sure and I remember doing the video and thinking, 'It's too late now, I guess I'm in the Sugababes'."

The British weather might be getting warmer slowly but it's still not quite time for flip-flops.

But that didn't stop Amelle Berrabah flaunting her tootsies in a pair of cuffed thongs as she arrived back at her London hotel yesterday evening.

The Sugababe was heading out for a night with her new boyfriend but chose a more sensible pair of closed shoes for the occasion.

She probably realised that she would freeze if she went out for the night in them.

She unusual flip-flops were on the catwalk last year but are only just filtering through to the High Street, so expect to see a lot more of them this summer.

Amelle, 25, ventured out with Tom Benn after only recently going public with their relationship.

He is a former model who now works in management.

Speaking to the Daily Mirror, she gushed: 'He's absolutely lovely. We've only been official for the past few weeks but it's great.

And a few weeks ago, according to the Sunday People, she has even hired Benn to manage her.

A source said: 'She's put Tom in charge of her affairs as she wants them to be together as much as possible.'

It was the second night out for the pop star after she spent Tuesday evening partying with fellow girl band The Saturdays.

In a pair of on-trend high-waisted jeans, Amelle joined the group at the Wrangler jeans party held at private members bar Whiskey Mist.

But it's no wonder Amelle is in the mood to party after seeing the new Sugababes album , Sweet 7, hit the record shop shelves this week.

The album, which was released on Monday, is Amelle's second with the Sugababes, who she joined in 2005, but the first album from the group since they signed to Jay-Z's US record label Roc Nation.

It is also the first Sugababes album for member Jade Ewen, who was brought after the highly controversial departure of the group's longest serving member Keisha Buchanan, who left in September 2009.

The presenter asked for the 'Wear My Kiss' singer's hand in marriage on New Year's Eve at their apartment in London, after seven years of dating - and Heidi was dressed less than glam for the romantic occasion.

"Our flat overlooks Parliament and the London Eye and we've got amazing views of the fireworks on New Year's Eve so we decided to have a relaxed evening drinking champagne as we were flying early the next day." Heidi explained to OK!

"I was in my pyjamas putting the washing on while watching Love Actually and at five to midnight, I went to get my slippers to go on the roof terrace [then Berry proposed)." She added to the magazine.

The Sugababes singer Heidi Range - who recently got engaged to British TV presenter Dave Berry – has started planning her nuptials and admits she has never been happier than since she said “yes” to Dave’s proposal.

She said: “I can’t wait to marry Dave, he’s gorgeous, I’m so excited. I know it’s sickly, but I love calling him my fiance.”

Dave, 31, popped the question on New Year’s Eve while they were on holiday in the Caribbean and 26-year-old Heidi admits she was so overwhelmed she burst into tears.

She said: "He surprised me on New Year's Eve in Barbados. It was a complete surprise. I was hoping that he might ask me sometime soon but I never thought it'd be on New Year's Eve. I'm so excited. I was crying and shaking."

Heidi and Dave are considering a winter wedding but aren’t yet sure where the venue will be.

Last month, she said: "It'll be next year, I think, a winter wedding.

"I'm obsessed already. All I've done is look on the internet at wedding sites.”

Although Heidi is preparing to settle down, her bandmates Amelle Berrabah and Jade Ewen are on the lookout for their own Mr Rights.

Newest member Jade – who replaced founding member Keisha Buchanan last September – just wants to date a regular guy.

Jade told Company magazine: “If I had a choice, I’d go out with someone normal – like a plumber.”

SUGABABES star AMELLE BERRABAH is recovering from a turbulent few months with the help of a new man - she's dating former model TOM BENN.

The singer, who split from her ex-boyfriend Freddie Fuller last year (09), was admitted to a clinic in Europe in October (09) suffering from nervous exhaustion after founding member Keisha Buchanan was booted out of the band and replaced by Eurovision star Jade Ewen.

The group was left facing more trouble recently after three former founding members - Siobhan Donaghy, Mutya Buena and Keisha Buchanan - launched a bid to secure the rights to the Sugababes name.
But Berrabah has bounced back from the troubles with a blossoming new romance - she's confirmed her involvement with Benn, a former model who now works in management.

Jade Ewen: I didn't join Sugababes for it to be over in five minutes

Jade Ewen, 22, is the latest addition to the ever-changing Sugababes line-up. She represented Britain in last year's Eurovision Song Contest, coming fifth, and launched a brief solo career before replacing Sugababe Keisha Buchanan. New album Sweet 7 is released today.

Jade's Interview With Metro:

You’ve had a busy year. Have you taken it all in?

Not until the album launch party, I was just so busy working. It didn’t really sink in until I saw the posters and the hard copy of the album with my picture on it. It was a weird feeling.

Was giving up your solo career a difficult decision?

It was in that I believed in my music but joining the Sugababes was like winning the Lottery. I’m sure if I want to go solo again in the future I’ll be able to but I wanted to join the Sugababes – it’s better than I could have done on my own. I’d recorded 90 per cent of my album and my single came out two days after I joined the group so the solo stuff was well under way. Never mind.

Are you happy with your new saucy image?

I wasn’t overly keen to begin with but I’m used to it now. I needed to get away from that Eurovision look, which wasn’t me anyway, but you can’t sing an Andrew Lloyd Webber ballad in a miniskirt. I’ve always been really skinny and no one’s ever said I’m sexy, so to be told: ‘We’re going to make you sexy and get your legs out,’ was an adjustment.

Any outfits you weren’t keen on?

I was very nervous about the outfit I wore at the cervical cancer charity show. It looked fine from the front because it had a lot of detail – but I didn’t realise how revealing it was until I saw the pictures in the papers.

Why did you want to be a singer?

My dad’s blind and my mum’s partially sighted, so a lot of entertainment in our house was music, we didn’t watch much TV. I’ve sung for as long as I can remember. I was a massive fan of Whitney Houston, Celine Dion and Mariah Carey when I was a child.

Are you really going to lose the rights to the Sugababes name to the original line-up?

previous line-up. My experience ofAs far as I know the label owns the name, it’s not down to us or the the last year shows you shouldn’t worry about things until they happen.

Will the day come when you will all sing together as a sixpiece?

Ha! I doubt it. Who knows, they might all say: ‘Let’s reunite!’ It’d be interesting to see it happen.

What’s been your worst moment on stage?

When I first joined we did a show in Leeds. Amelle was in Austria so it was just me and Heidi. I was terrified about how the fans would react. They turned out to be really nice. I thought they’d shout abuse but they didn’t. Heidi did a little speech about the line-up change and why Amelle couldn’t be there and she suddenly started crying. I didn’t know her that well at this point and didn’t know what to do, if I should just stand there and keep smiling. I went over, hugged her and said: ‘It’ll all be all right.’ No matter what’s happened, Heidi and Keisha had eight years together in the group so it was like a break-up, it was still quite raw.

How long do you think the Sugababes have got left?

I didn’t join for it to be over in five minutes. As long as we keep putting out good music I don’t see why it couldn’t last for another five or ten years.

Are you a feminist?

Yes, I’d say so. There’s always this thing that girls are quick to turn on each other, I feel guys stick together more, so I encourage that sisterhood vibe among my friends.

Have you ever been attacked by an animal?

I did a children’s wildlife TV programme when I was 14. I was holding a cockatoo and it went absolutely mental and started pecking huge chunks of flesh out of my hand. I’m not a fan of birds now.

Sugababes have claimed that they would split if another member ever left the band.

The girl group are currently on their fourth lineup and have no original singers left following the ousting of Keisha Buchanan last September.

In an interview with Company magazine, the trio's longest-serving star Heidi Range confirmed that another shake-up for Sugababes is out of the question.

She commented: "We've said if something happened again we wouldn't carry on the band with someone else. This is it."

Sugababes are currently promoting new album Sweet 7, which is released on Monday and is the first to feature latest member Jade Ewen.

In January, Amelle Berrabah declared that the band currently has a "perfect" lineup, promising: "Nobody will be leaving and we won't be getting anyone new."

Sugababes' Jade Ewen To Be Eurovision Judge

Singer Jade Ewen, who came fifth in last year's Eurovision Song Contest before joining the Sugababes, will help judge hopefuls for the UK's 2010 entry.

Four solo singers, one all-girl trio and a five-piece group will perform live for the chance to compete at the contest in Norway in May.

Jade will join a panel including Strictly Come Dancing judge Bruno Tonioli and record producer Pete Waterman, with the winner decided by a public vote.

Waterman is producing this year's song together with his long-time hit-making collaborator Mike Stock.

The BBC's Eurovision commentator Graham Norton said: "If any man can second guess European musical tastes surely that man is Pete Waterman. I can't wait to get to Oslo and see the competition.

Fingers crossed we can build on last year's success."

Waterman said: "Myself and Mike Stock are proud to be involved."

All three original Sugababes members have applied to the European Trademarks Authority for ownership of the group name, it has emerged.

The first application was made by Mutya Buena in November, however it was yesterday resubmitted to include Keisha Buchanan and Siobhan Donaghy.

Website Holymoly has obtained papers showing the application by managers acting on behalf the three singers.

Donaghy was first to quit the band in 2001, followed by Buena in 2005. Buchanan became the final founding member to leave the group in September 2009.

The current lineup, which includes Heidi Range, Amelle Berrabah and Jade Ewen, reportedly only have until May 8 to launch an official opposition.

Range yesterday denied that there was a dispute over the name, insisting that Universal Records have ownership of the brand.

Sugababes Change Track For Young Fans

British girl band SUGABABES have changed the lyrics of a new song in a bid to discourage youngsters in the U.K. from binge drinking.

The trio's track She's A Mess, from their upcoming album Sweet 7, was originally titled I'm A Mess, but the group decided to change the words over fears it would encourage excessive alcohol consumption among influential teenagers.
Heidi Range tells Britain's Daily Star, "The original line was 'I’m such a mess' but we were worried we were encouraging binge drinking so we decided to change it. There are some lyrics that are quite cheeky but people shouldn’t take them seriously."

The band's new album hits stores in the U.K. later this month (Mar10) after a controversial line-up change last year (09) - which saw founding member Keisha Buchanan axed from the group - pushed back the release by over six months.

The last remaining member of the original line-up to leave the group, which she founded in 1998, Keisha has reportedly launched a High Court Action that requests that Sugababes either change their name or pay her a one-off sum.
A source said "Keisha was an integral member from the very beginning so it is easy to understand why she is acting like this. She even came up with the band's name with fellow founder member Mutya Buena and deserves something for making the Sugababes what they are today."

Following a difficult few months, it looks like Amelle Berrabah finally has something to smile about.

The Sugababes singer, 25, was spotted cosying up to a mystery man in a London hotel last night.

The pop star, who has been single since splitting from long-term love Freddie Fuller exactly a year ago, was spotted beaming with delight as she left the May Fair Hotel.

Berrabah looked deep in conversation with her shaven-haired companion and the pair looked very tactile with each other as they shared a bottle of wine.

Wearing a cropped white T-shirt and skinny black jeans, the Hampshire beauty appeared unconcerned by the chilly temperatures as she greeted photographers outside the five-star hotel.

Although Berrabah has been single since ending her six year relationship with Fuller last year, she's been linked to several men in recent months.

She was spotted partying with male model David Gandy in December, and racing driver Alex Waters last November.

Following her split from Fuller, Berrabah insisted she wanted to stay single: 'I'm very happy at the moment. I feel like me again and I'm really enjoying being single.

'I am concentrating on my work, but I've also been going out a lot and spending time with my friends.

'I'm not looking for a fella. I'm a great believer that if it happens, it happens but I'm not going to start crawling around looking for someone.'

If Berrabah has found love again, it will be a good boost after a turbulent end of 2009.
She checked into a rehab centre in October citing 'severe nervous exhaustion' shortly after original Sugababe Keisha Buchanan was ousted from the group and replaced by Jade Ewen.

Berrabah's date came after she spent much of last week promoting the Sugababes' new album Sweet 7 in Poland.

This Friday, Berrabah is gearing up for a skydive to raise money for Cancer Research in memory of her father, who died of cancer in 2002.

She said: 'It’s a charity that’s really close to my heart ever since my dad passed away, so I really want to earn as much money as possible.

'I’m really looking forward to it, but at the same time I’m a bit nervous and my stomach keeps going! I’ve never done anything like that before.

'Basically I’ve got no choice now, I have to jump out of that plane whether I like it or not, screaming, crying or laughing! It’s going to be amazing, and I’ll be so proud of myself afterwards.'

Heidi Range has revealed that she keeps the Sugagabes' only ever Brit Award above her toilet.

The singer, who picked up the 'Best Dance Act' gong with former band members Mutya Buena and Keisha Buchanan in 2003, admitted that fiancé Dave Berry suggested that the prize be housed in her bathroom.

"I've got the award and Dave put it above the toilet in my bathroom," she told Alex and Lucy on Key 103's IN:Demand.

"My mum went absolutely mad when she came down. She said, 'You don't put that on there. You don't put your Brit on the toilet'.

"I want everyone to see it, but Dave was like, 'They will - everyone goes to the loo when they come round'."

The trio were recently confirmed to perform on the BBC's Eurovision - Your Country Needs You on March 12.

Keisha Buchanan says she knows nothing about the leak of the new Sugababes album, 'Sweet 7'.

The singer quit the girl band in September 2009 but not before recording her vocals for their latest release.

A finished version, featuring Jade Ewan singing her parts, has now been made available online, a month ahead of release.

"If it's true… umm I don't have an opinion on it. Nothing to do with me," Buchanan wrote on Twitter.

"I recorded that album…I've not heard the new version. I don't follow what they do, I'm focused on me at last lol xxx," she joked.

'Sweet 7' is officially due for release on March 8.

The Sugababes got to meet Prime Minister Gordon Brown's wife recently, when the girls performed as part of a Cervical Cancer awareness concert in London.

In a blog post written by Amelle, the singer said: "We met Sarah Brown, the PM's wife, for the second time, and she was really lovely.

"We were talking about why we were there [at the concert], our thoughts on lowering the age of getting smear tests from 25 to 20, it was a really positive chat."

Amelle also spoke highly of some of the other singers who took part in the event. She added: "We got to see a few performances too – Pixie Lott, La Roux, Paloma Faith – Paloma's absolutely lovely, first time I've met her.

"It was just a really good day and we got a lot of positive feedback about the campaign.

"I think a lot of people learnt something new that day – when we found out all the facts about cervical cancer we were generally shocked, so it was good to be part of something that affects so many women and to help get the word out there."

Amelle will also be doing a charity sky dive this month for Cancer Research.

KEISHA BUCHANAN only left British girl group the SUGABABES because record label bosses refused to let the other two members quit the line-up, according to HEIDI RANGE.

Tensions between the Push The Button hitmakers reached fever pitch in September (09), when Buchanan sensationally walked out on the group she had been a part of since 1998.

As Buchanan was swiftly replaced by Jade Ewen, speculation was rife that Range and Amelle Berrabah had booted out the only remaining founding member.

But Range reveals it was actually she and Berrabah who wanted to leave the Sugababes.

She tells MTV News, "I think most people think we kicked Keisha out the band but we actually left ourselves. We were going through a hard time for such a long time, trying to make it work and we couldn't."

And it was the group's management who convinced the unhappy pair to stay in the band - causing Buchanan's departure.

Berrabah, who was treated for nervous exhaustion at a rehab clinic in October (09) as a result of the split, adds, "I think a person can only allow themselves to be treated in a certain way for so long and I think we took a lot!

"I didn't enjoy going into work - I dreaded it, if I'm completely honest. It just got to that point were I was like 'I can't take anymore'."

Jade Ewen has claimed that her music career was saved by joining the Sugababes.

It looks like the Sugababes have put their troubles behind them as they start off the new year with a sexy new music video.

The revamped girl group, who ditched Keisha Buchanan for Jade Ewen last year, dance in front of a crowd of clones in the futuristic video for ‘Wear My Kiss’.

Jade joins bandmates Heidi Range and Amelle Berrabah – all three wearing similar blue, pink and red dresses – as they strut their stuff in front of the projection of their computer-generated images.

The band were meant to premiere the full-length music video over the weekend but gave fans preview instead because "They had2 finish some last minute bits off," Jade explained on her Twitter.

‘Wear My Kiss’ is the third single from the album Sweet 7 and will be released on February 8.

Jade re-recorded the entire album replacing the vocals of former member Keisha, after she left in September.

The 26-year-old singer, now the longest-serving member of the band, has flown to India to spend New Year with boyfriend Dave Berry.
The girls flew to Barbados earlier this week for a show but Jade, 21, and Amelle are staying on the island until January 9.
Amelle, 25, wrote on her Twitter page how she and Jade were enjoying the sunshine.
She added: 'We got a little teary when heidi left though!! She's going 2 india 2morra though and she'll have a grear time with her man. Xxxx'
While Jade updated her page with the message: 'On the beach with amelle in barbados! Luvin the sun! Sad to see heidi go tho :( miss u already babe!'

The girl group have had a turbulent year, with the departure of founding member Keisha Buchanan, and arrival of Jade.
Amelle also split up with her long-term boyfriend and at her lowest ebb spent three weeks in a health clinic suffering from depression brought on by the stress of her troubles.

But Jade has clearly hit it off with her and the pair have seemed inseperable over the past few weeks.

Last night Amelle wrote on Twitter: 'Me and jay just got back 2 the room. Knackered! Been playing football! Love it!!'

This year saw founder member Keisha Buchanan quit after rows with Amelle Berrabah, 25, and Heidi Range, 26.

Amelle also broke up with boyfriend Freddie Fuller and spent three weeks in a clinic with nervous exhaustion.

But the girls - plus new bandmate Jade Ewen, 21 - put all that behind them as they frolicked in the sea in Barbados.

Amelle said of the latest line-up: "It's just different to come into work at the moment. Everyone's happy, everyone gets on with everything and we have a laugh - it's the best job in the world.

"We're really happy together and we're just having a great time."

Looks like Keisha's old pals are missing her like a Hole in the Head...

The Sugababes singer loved getting the opportunity to have a holiday with her long-term boyfriend, TV presenter Dave Berry, because one of them is usually working over the festive period.

She said: "One of my most memorable was about four years ago when we went to Dubai.

"We stayed out in the desert at a resort called Bab Al Shams, which is really isolated. Every night they'd make a big fire and pt all these blankets out, and you'd sit with a drink chatting to all the different people staying there.

"On New Year's Eve they did a big banquet where they had belly dancers and performers, then, at midnight a fireworks display, which was just stunning."

Last year, the pair decided to not even leave their London home - which overlooks the River Thames - but insist they still enjoyed welcoming in the New Year.

Heidi added: "We decided to stay in and watch the fireworks, which were just amazing."

Heidi Range, 26, said: "We're planning to go over there next year. We can't wait. We don't know when it will be as we have so much to do in the UK first, but it will happen."

Heidi - who is also joined in the trio by Amelle Berrabah - believes the girls have as much chance as anyone to crack the US.

She said: "There's room for everyone in the US. We've delayed our new album until next year. Hopefully, by then, we'll have all moved on and can just talk about music."

Last time we interviewed Sugababes, the group had triumphantly returned from the US with a completed album on their hard drive. However, mere weeks later, they shocked the pop world by sacking sole original member Keisha Buchanan and replacing her with Eurovision star Jade Ewen. Since then, the new lineup's nabbed another top ten hit with 'About A Girl' and set to work re-recording the album. We met up for a chat about the recent changes, that revised new record and what's in store for next year.

Firstly, how are you settling in Jade?
Jade: "Really well thanks. I'm having so much fun and it feels like I've been here forever now. I'm getting confident with the songs and it's nice being involved in discussions about things like our new video."

How do you think the group's coped with all the recent publicity?
Heidi: "It's flattering that there's a lot of interest, but I wouldn't say that all publicity is good publicity. There have been some pretty hurtful things written about us."
Amelle: "What's frustrating is that a lot of it's untrue. There are times when you want to tell people what actually happened, but we're glad we haven't. We're dignified people and we just want to concentrate on our future."

Are you pleased with how 'About A Girl' performed in the charts?
Amelle: "Really pleased. We only did one bit of TV promo so we didn't expect it to get into the top ten."
Jade: "We didn't know how people were going to accept the line-up change, so when it made the top ten, we were like, 'Wooohooo!'"
Heidi: "We also felt the song was being overshadowed by everything that was going on. Obviously Amelle was away for a lot of the promo period, so we were really pleased with how it did."

How many new songs have you recorded since Jade joined the group?
Amelle: "So far we've recorded two new songs that are going on the album."
Jade: "We don't have a definite number of songs to go on there. It's an ongoing thing and if we like six new ones, they'll all go on there!"
Amelle: "It's really nice to have Jade on board for new songs right from the beginning, but we're not going to scrap any of the ones we already have. This album's going to be the longest hour ever!"

Why did you choose 'Wear My Kiss' to be the next single?
Heidi: "It's had a really good response from radio and our fans on the website. It's also quite appropriate as it comes out around Valentine's Day - there's a lot of kissing going on then!"

What can we expect from the video?
Heidi: "It's quite futuristic. We don't want to give too much away, but we filmed it on green screen and the backdrops will be filled in later. It was the easiest shoot ever because we didn't have to keep changing from set to set. I even got back for Corrie!"
Amelle: "It's different to any of our other videos. It's not what you'd expect from us!"

What are the chances of Jade's solo songs, 'My Man' and 'Punching Out', making it onto the new Sugababes album?
Jade: "If the girls liked them and if it worked, it could happen. They're really open to it and asked to hear some of my material, but my solo stuff is quite different to what we do now. I'd be flattered, but I'm not going to take offence if they turn them down."

What kind of chart position are you aiming for with the album?
All: "Number one!"
Amelle: "I think this album can go all the way. There are a lot of really good songs on there and we're so proud of it."
Heidi: "It all depends which week you release it though. One time we were up against Coldplay and I remember thinking, 'What are the label doing?' You know, I think we're just glad that we're getting to perform together."
Amelle: "Obviously number one would be great, but we're not going to be crying our eyes out if we don't get it. Top ten would be great!"

Are your US label, Roc Nation, planning to launch you across the pond?
Heidi: "The plan is we take the album to Europe and follow that with America. Fingers crossed. They definitely see this album working in America, but we haven't decided on singles or anything yet."
Amelle: "Well, we're going back and forth to Europe at the moment, but we also really want to break new territories like Asia."

What do you think of reports that the three original Babes are reuniting?
Heidi: "It would be a bit strange, but we're concentrating on us. It's not something that we're focusing on. It's not something that keeps us awake at night."

Finally, you're about to release a cover of 'Santa Baby'. How did that come about?
Amelle: "Well, we were rehearsing for a show and we started singing it as a joke. Our label really liked it and wanted to put it out to radio. We've just performed it for Christmas Top Of The Pops and it got a really great response from the audience."

Clearly counting on time proving a healer, the latest incarnation are offering the hand of peace with a download-only cover of 'Santa Baby' as a Christmas gift - albeit one that will set you back 79p.

Originally released by Eartha Kitt in 1953, this festive chestnut has since been tackled by everyone from Kylie to Shakira, Macy Gray to Madonna. How does the Sugas' version measure up? Well, as the first track recorded with new Babe Jade in mind, it certainly suggests that the group have retained the edge vocally over their girlband rivals. Harmonising in lush, soulful fashion, the trio show plenty of sass as they urge Santa, in time-honoured fashion, to "hurry down the chimney tonight". The result doesn't stray too far from the original, but it does have a recognisable Sugababes touch, which may be enough to convince a few lapsed fans to keep their ears on the group in 2010. Album number seven, of course, is on its way.

A glam and united Sugababes are everywhere at the moment, but underneath all that gloss the cracks are starting to show.

Friends say Heidi Range, 26, has lost her cheery sparkle and was reduced to tears during a recent performance in Leeds.

‘Keisha leaving the band has taken its toll on Heidi, as she was friends with her for years,' our source says.
‘Heidi's naturally sunny natured, but being attacked for Keisha leaving the band and seeing her friendship with Keisha irreparably destroyed has been hard for her.

‘Amelle [Berrabah] has spoken about Keisha and how much happier she is now, but Heidi would secretly love  to end the hostility. She hates conflict. Heidi and Keisha don't speak like they used to and there's no doubt that the whole episode has upset her deeply.'

After the fallout which led to Keisha Buchanan leaving the band and being replaced with Jade Ewen, 21, Heidi showed signs for the first time of not coping.

All the girls get on, but Amelle's recent public meltdown led to a spell in rehab and Heidi burst into tears on stage in Leeds, cutting the performance short.

Sugababes ready to reclaim No.1 throne after line-up change

THE revamped Sugababes reckon their forthcoming album is a cert for No.1 - despite their latest line-up change.

The album, Sweet 7, was put back to March when Keisha Buchanan left the band, to be replaced by Jade Ewen.

Many thought it would be the end of the group, who now have NONE of the original members. But the girls, who will perform on both the Christmas and New Year Top Of The Pops specials, reckon 2010 will see them back on top.

Amelle Berrabah said: "I think this album can go all the way. There are a lot of really good songs on there and we're so proud of it.

"Obviously going to No.1 would be great but we're not going to be crying our eyes out if we don't get it. Top 10 would still be great."

The group had a No.1 album with their fourth release - 2005's Taller In More Ways - and the 2007 follow-up, Change, but last year's Catfights And Spotlights only got to No.8, their worst placing since their debut.

Heidi Range - now seen as the leader of the group after Keisha's departure - has her fingers crossed it will hit the top spot, after her first album with the band was beaten by Coldplay's A Rush Of Blood To The Head.

She said: "It all depends which week you release it, though.

"We were up against Coldplay before and I remember thinking, 'What are the label doing?' However, we're just glad we're getting to perform together."

It's been a difficult year for the band but they are hoping to finish 2009 on a high.

They were due to release Sweet 7, in November, on Jay-Z's label. They hoped it would help them make a breakthrough in the States. But the single, Get Sexy, failed to get to No.1, although it did reach No.2, and Amelle was said to have quit. Then Keisha was booted out of the band and Sweet 7 was pushed back until 2010.

But with the two Top Of The Pops specials scheduled, Heidi, Amelle and new girl Jade are tipped to take over from Girls Aloud as the UK's biggest female pop group again.

They certainly looked stunning as a host of top stars recorded songs for the festive Top Of The Pops specials.

Bbc Radio 1's Fearne Cotton and Reggie Yates will present the two shows, which will be screened on BBC 1 on Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.

Top Of The Pops' Christmas Special will include an hour of stellar performances from some of the year's biggest stars - including Dizzee Rascal, Lily Allen, Kasabian, JLS, Alexandra Burke, La Roux, Florence and the Machine, Diversity and Muse.

Fearne and Reggie return for the TOTP New Year Special, featuring performances from top acts from 2009 including Robbie Williams, Shakira, Tinchy Stryder featuring N-Dubz and Scots star Calvin Harris.

Sugababes Respond To Hurtful Twitters

Sugababes Jade Ewen, Heidi Range and Amelle Berrabah have responded to cruel Twitter comments and talked about surviving their year from hell.

Following the shock departure of founder member Keisha Buchanan and her replacement within days by Eurovision star Ewen, the future of the group looked uncertain.

However nearly three months on, Ewen, Range, and Berrabah, are going strong and are responding to comments received from disgruntled fans.

According to Now, Ewen said: "I've had people say horrible things on Twitter, but now I block them if they say something negative.

"People can be really spiteful and mean - I don't know how people can have that much hate. We're only human at the end of the day. My mum's so funny; she writes back to people sometimes under another name!"

Range added that she also had to cope with some cruel comments: "There were some horrible things written on Twitter after Keisha left. Someone wrote that I needed to get an eating disorder because I was fat next to Amelle and Jade and someone else wrote: 'Burn in hell.'

"They're sad people, but thankfully I'm in a better place now, so it's not hurting as much. I'm staying off Twitter for now

Jade Ewen: 'Eurovision image wasn't me'

Sugababes newcomer Jade Ewen has reportedly admitted that she was unhappy with her image when she was a Eurovision star.

The 21-year-old singer first came to the public's attention when she triumphed on reality show Your Country Needs You, which saw Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber searching for an act to represent the UK at the annual song contest.

Ewen went on to finish in fifth place in Eurovision with 'It's My Time', which had been composed by Lloyd Webber. She later released R&B single 'My Man', before joining Sugababes as a replacement for Keisha
Buchanan in September.

The star is now quoted by Take 5 as saying: "My Eurovision image was never really me. Andrew Lloyd Webber had written an amazing power ballad so I couldn't be sexy.

"I feel much more comfortable with [Sugababes'] kind of music. I'm more myself."

Reflecting on her time as a talent show competitor, she added: "People don't realise how difficult it is putting yourself up for judgement every week. If you make one mistake the world knows about it and it's hard to live it down."

Sugababes will release their new album Sweet 7 in March.

Sugababe Heidi Range has revealed former band-mate Keisha Buchanan made her dread coming to work.

The scouse veteran of the group said the band was now much happier than it had been before Keisha’s acrimonious departure in September.

Heidi, 26, who hasn’t spoken to Keisha in months said: “It was hard at the time, but what happened has happened, and we will all benefit as a result of the new direction – both the Sugababes and Keisha independently.

“Jade has slotted in so brilliantly and no arguments or disagreements – so far.

“It’s such a difference. We don’t dread coming to work any more. We laugh all the time now.”

Amelle Berrabah, 25, added: “We’re so incredibly happy, we really are.

“It feels so natural and like we’ve all been together a lot longer, even though it’s only been a matter of weeks. Jade fits like a glove. She looks great, she sings great and we couldn’t be happier that she’s part of the group.”

New girl Jade, 21, was equally delighted with her new band mates – but revealed she still wanted a solo career.

Jade said: “It’s been amazing. It was scary to begin with because you get caught up reading things online and in the newspapers, and you think that’s the opinion of everybody, but it’s not.

“I’d love to do some solo stuff, maybe in a few years, but we’ll see how it goes. It’s nice to have the company of a band. People don’t realise how lonely you can be as a solo artist. It’s so nice having people to share it all with.”

The 'Real Girl' singer has hit out against Heidi insisting she has no plans to make contact with her since Mutya's fellow founding member Keisha Buchanan was ousted from the group this year.

Mutya - who was in the ever-changing pop trio with Heidi and Keisha from 2001 to 2005 - wrote on twitter: "To all those asking - no I haven't spoken to Heidi and i (sic) don't ever plan to."

Mutya, 24, also claimed she would like to work with original Sugababes members Keisha and Siobhan Donaghy again.

She wrote: "No, the real Sugababes are not reforming but we all respect one another and i (sic) personally hope to work with both Keisha and Siobhan sometime in the future. Love them both and will always treasure my time in the group but we r (sic) all focusing on doing our own thing now."

Twitter has proved to be a popular medium for the Sugababes to communicate with their fans, with Keisha taking to the micro-blogging site when she was forced out of the band in September.

She wrote at the time: "I'm sad to say that I am no longer a part of the Sugababes, although it was not my choice to leave, it's time to enter a new chapter in my life."

The Babes On Xmas Shopping

With such a hectic schedule for the Babes at the moment, we wondered whether they've had chance to get their Christmas shopping done yet! We caught up with them in-between photoshoots to ask how it's going…

Amelle:

Oh my god, I'm so bad, Jade's basically finished hers, Heidi has got some but needs to get a couple more things, and I have done nothing, NOTHING!! I was saying to the girls a few weeks ago, ‘this is the one time I'm going to do it beforehand, I'm going to be so organised'. But then the only day off I had the other week, I didn't leave the house! I just wanted to relax, chill out and watch some TV. So hopefully in the next week or so we're going to have a day off and I'll have a chance to get every single person's presents. But I've been mentally taking notes of what I think people want … I'm going to make a list and hopefully tick them all off!

Jade:

I've done mine!! Normally I'm so unorganised and every year I leave it till about three days before Christmas, and then I'm running around like an idiot! I've only been organised this year because I looked at our diary and saw that we don't have any more days off, so when we got a day off last week I got everything done in one day. I just went to Westfield and I was like, ‘right! I'm getting it all done'. I feel relieved! My mum recently had a hip replacement because she's got quite bad arthritis, so I got her a full body electric heated massager. And for my sister, I've got her a voucher for this thing called a Brazilian Blow-Dry, and basically what it does is it coats your hair in something called Keratin, which is what your hair is naturally made of so it completely smoothes out every split end, it makes it really shiny and glossy and it lasts for three months! I'm not going to say what I've got Heidi and Amelle just in case they read it! I've even wrapped them all up. That's my favourite bit actually, ‘cause I love doing anything that's a bit arts and crafty, so I take time doing the wrapping and the bows and the ribbons and stuff.

Heidi:

I'm not doing too badly actually. I've got a list and I'm slowly ticking things off, but I still got a few more to get so I'm going to have to find some space to get out there and get the rest of it done. I haven't got Dave's presents yet. We're going on holiday in January, which I'm really, really excited about, so that's kind of our main present to each other, and I've got an idea of something to buy him as an extra thing... he's got a games room in the house and loves all that kind of stuff, so there's something I think I'll get him to go in there. Not going to tell you what it is in case the surprise gets ruined!

Sugababe Amelle Berrabah squeezes into super tight dress on night out with mystery man

After her recent spell in rehab recovering from nervous exhaustion, Amelle Berrabah appears to be going from strength to strength.
The 25-year-old Sugababe could barely wipe the smile off her face as she headed out for a night on the London party scene last night.
Dressed in a super tight blue bandage-style dress, the singer got a fit of the giggles as she left the capital's swanky Whisky Mist nightspot.

She then jumped into a waiting taxi with a mystery man in tow, who was dressed in a dapper black suit and tie.
Earlier in the evening Amelle had attended Elton John's Character & Cocktails Winter Ball at London's Grosvenor House Hotel.

The event - which was attended by a host of stars including Liz Hurley, Kelly Rowland and Sophie Ellis Bextor - raised £550,000 for the The Elton John Aids Foundation.
Afterwards, Amelle was in no mood to end the night so carried on partying with friends.

Last month she made her return to the UK following a three-week spell in a European clinic where she took some time out following a tumultuous time for the Sugababes.
After Keisha quit the band in September, Amelle was at the centre of backlash from fans who blamed her for the founding member's exit.
But now the star is back on track, revealing recently that she enjoys coming into work again now they have recruited new member Jade Ewen.

Hi everyone!!

Thought I'd fill you in on what's been going on with us recently. The last couple of weeks we've been very busy...on Tuesday we recorded TOTP Christmas Specials for Christmas Day and NYE, so that was lots of fun. There were lots of other bands there like JLS and Florence and the Machine and we actually got chance to chat to them which was really cool, because mostly when we do gigs and TV shows we never get to see other bands or artists, so it's a bit lonely! But recently we've seen Florence quite a lot, Tinchy I see a fair bit anyway, bumped into Taio quite a bit, we've been seeing Chipmunk loads and we've seen JLS about once ever other day, it's getting quite ridiculous now!

We've also been rehearsing and then doing the performance for Jingle Bell Ball at the weekend, which was brilliant. We did five songs and had a really good time. Yesterday we were in a photoshoot all day for a celebrity style magazine, so that was pretty fun as well - we're really happy with the shots and everything, so all good!

We're off to Scotland today, then we're shooting the video for the next single on Monday which we're really, really excited about, and then we've got the Rock With Laughter gigs next week. And then we finish up for Christmas and we're having a Sugababes Christmas party! Can't wait.

Sugababes newcomer Jade Ewen has admitted that she found it "hard" to re-record Keisha Buchanan's vocals for the band's forthcoming Sweet 7 album.

Speaking to New magazine, Ewen explained: "We're doing some new material too, which is nice because it was hard re-recording everything."

She continued: "People don't realise that although it's great to be in the band, I respect the fact that Keisha was in the Sugababes for eight years and I'm erasing her vocals and replacing them with mine.

"It messes with your head a bit, so it's nice to be able to put down my own take on a song that hasn't been recorded by Keisha previously."

Sweet 7 is currently scheduled to be released in March.

The 40-year-old music mogul told fellow rapper Jay-Z he thought the former Eurovision singer looked "mean" and "amazing" in the girl group's latest video 'About A Girl' - in which she appears in a pair of skin-tight leather hotpants.

A source said: "He thinks Jade is amazing and loves her voice. He's hoping to be in London in March and will be looking her up."

However, Diddy may find it difficult to get Jade's attention - she has previously claimed the Sugababes' busy schedule stops her from meeting men.

The singer - who joined the pop trio in September after founding member Keisha Buchanan left - recently said: "I still haven't got a boyfriend. You know what is mad? You actually do not have
the time."

Jade rose to success through BBC talent show 'Making Your Mind Up', which led her to represent the U.K. at the Eurovision Song content. She came fifth with the song 'It's My Time'.

After performing a set at London's Jingle Bell Ball, the Sugababes headed out for a night on the town.
The trio hit the centrally located Kanaloa - a tropical island themed bar - with Amelle Berrabah appearing to take the theme to heart by wearing a tiny backless mini dress.

Unfortunately, there was nothing tropical about the British weather - but that did not deter the 25-year-old from putting her curves on show.

Her fellow bandmates also wore matching black, but covered up a little more than she did.

Heidi Range, 26, poured her figure into a mini skirt and sparkly long-sleeved top while new member Jade, 21, who replaced Keisha Buchanan in the line-up, squeezed into a pair of tight leather trousers.

The girls have become a regular fixture on the party scene of late and are often spotted on the London circuit together.

Clearly, the girls are trying to build up a rapport with latest member Jade, who became Sugababe number six in October with the band undergoing its third line-up change.

Jade, who represented the UK in the Eurovision Song Contest this year, is now hurriedly learning the back catalogue of tunes, which includes seven albums worth of music.

Later this month they will release a version of Santa Baby, their second single together in their new guise following on from About A Girl, which charted at number eight last month.
The girls have also pledged their support to the Fight Cervical Cancer in Style campaign.

They are calling for women to wear purple scarves - which are given away in magazines - to raise awareness for the campaign.

Earlier this year, Sugababes performed at Jade Goody's wedding a month before she died of the disease.

'Having performed at Jade's wedding, it is a subject we feel passionately about,' Heidi said of the campaign.

'It is important that girls and women realise how they could catch the virus and steps to take to reduce their risk.'

Sugababes have pledged their support to the Fight Cervical Cancer in Style campaign.

The 'About A Girl' group are calling for women to wear purple scarves - which are given away in magazines - to raise awareness for the campaign.
